Travel from Hangzhou to Wenzhou, move around and back to Hangzhou the same day?

Hi, I would like to know, how can I travel from HZ to Wenzhou, and come back to Hangshou the same day. To let you know, I would like to draft down the Nanxi river, and get enough time around and definately time for lunch. Also guide me a good place to have my lunch.
