The direct bus between takes around 4h and the bus fare seems CNY65 per person.2

I remember there was a Fenghuang Tuojiang Renjia Hostel at no. 13, Huilongge. It has independent toilet/bathroom and from the rooms near the river, you will have a good view. You may go for a try! Actually, there are many hotel or hostels in the ancient town. You can find by yourself to decide a suitable one.1
