china national employee passport damaged - need replacement

Please assist.  We have a China National Employee under Work Permit Pass.  His Passport was damaged/spoiled during laundry washing  Please advise how to have a replacement and what are the documents to submit for his application to issue a New  Passport and Fee. Hi, he should visit the embassy in person for passport replacement. The working hours of the consular office: 09:00-11:30, Monday-Friday. Fee is SGD 40 and regular processing takes about 1 month. Following documents are required:Application form for Chinese passport, photo, a photocopy of old passport, Singapore PR (original and copy).You can also contact the embassy directly at 64712117 for more details.
