China 5 Days Shenzhen Visa in Lohu TrainStation SZ

Hi, i have a Question .its possible to get in Shenzhen Lohu Special 5Days VOA with Turkish Passport but this Passport has a permit Shengen Visa for Germany

I know or i Hear it that with normal Turkish Passport can Not get it Directly in SZ Lohu .

But One Friend Told me That Turkish passports with valid shengen visa can get it.
It will be Great if you anybody help me with a right answer.
