Do i need to apply visa for the second visit?

I want to ask, if i'm an indonesian passport holder and studying at taiwan (i have already got alien recidence card) and ever traveled to guangzhou before and ever applied for visitor visa once, Because i will always visiting and applying for it here is very expensive, it's 200us$.
