About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 hour visit no visa required

I have US Passport, I will visit Singapore for 3 days, then fly from Singapore to Shanghai 2 days visit. I will leave from Shanghai back to USA. Can I qulify for 72 hours exemption?

Yes, the itinerary is ok for this free transit. Make sure inform your carrier airline about this transit request. The ticket to USA leaving within 72 hours and your passport are required.
