For the Nanyue Temple, do you refer to the one in Hengyang City?
If so, you need to take the train SH to reach Hengyang Railway Station. Get out of the railway station, you can find the bus station where you can find the bus for Nanyue Moutain and the Nanyue Temple is at the bottom of the mountain.
For the Beiyue Temple, do you refer to the one in Quyang County in Hebei Province?
If so, you need to take a train for Beijing first and then change train to reach Baoding. From Baoding Long-distance Bus Station, you can find the buses for Quyang in about 2 to 3 hours. From Quyang Bus Station, you can take a local taxi to reach Beiyue Temple.
