Transportation between Dehang and PingAn? Transportation from the train station in Sanjiang?

I would like to travel from Dehang to PingAn. I know there is a train from Jishou (near to Dehang), but it arrives after 1 in the morning. And the train station near to SJ does not look like it is located in the town. Are there taxi drivers to meet the train after 1 am, and can you check into hotels after 1 am? Would using just buses be better than taking the train, and breaking the jouney in SJ?
