You can go to any offices of China Mobile, China Unicom or China Telecom to buy a SIM card. I am using China Mobile SIM card. It costs CNY100 when getting a new card (free for the card itself and CNY100 for communication fee). To recharge that, you can go to any office of your communication company, one of the three.As for the rates, differnet sorts of cards charges differently. You may go and consult at the office.
