About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Since there is an Age bar of 65 for work, Can I be allowed to stay?

I 'm an Indian National stay and work in China since June 2006. Since then I have a valid work permit and z Visa. Now I'm granted one only till Jan'14 end as i will touch 65 Yrs by then.
I'm an CEO of a Foreign company ,who has invested in Jiangsu.
My employer need me to continue for 2 more years, as I hold a Key senior position more so I'm an Engineer by profession and established credibility in Technical field .

Hi, it is difficult to stay because the PSB office will not renew your Z as well as the work permit renewal. I think you can leave first and ask for an invitation letter from the company to apply for a business M instead.
