Is there a cloakroom to leave the luggage for some hours in Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station? If yes, how much is it approximately?

Yes, there are places for store your luggage. The price depends on the size of your luggage. The big one costs 5RMB and the large one costs about 10RMB.
