Do I need to go back to Luohu again or can go through shekou ferry terminal ? Could it be difficult for first time visit for Indonesian tourist (travelling with my friend) to get it?

You should apply for Chinese visa in advance in indonesia. VOA is not available for you.

Teddy, I'm Indonesian too. I currently live in Shenzhen. The VOA is available for us, Indonesian passport holder. And, I think you can leave from Shekou, because Shekou is part of Shenzhen.
