How do I get a Visa to visit my uncles in Dalian China??

I'm a St.Vincent Citizen but living permanently in Curacao, the Dutch Caribbean. This is important to me, Thanks Kindly,

Hi, an invitation letter from your uncles is required, as well as a copy of their Chinese ID. Proof showing your relationship is required as well for application.
