From ZJJ, you can fly to reach Guangzhou first and then take a bus to reach HK.

If I'll go by bus from Guangzhou, where I have to do all the China exit formalities. Does this bus go to HK island?

I have to get into HK island from Zhangjiajie as quick as possible. I am thinking to take the night train (T8318) from ZJJ to Guangzhou East station and from there to Kowloon station. Is it o.k.?
Can I buy ticket to Kowloon in Guangzhou East station at the same day(is there any English speaking window)? If my arrival time from ZJJ is 6:36 am what train I should take to Kowloon.
I read some recommendations that I should be 90 min in advance for China exit formalities. What is the easiest way to get from Kowloon train station to HK island (my hotel "JJ Hotel".

It is possible travel as what you planned, but as I know, the train T8318 will reach Guangzhou Railway Station instead of the East Railway Station. So after you get off the train, you may need to transfer to the East Railway Station.

The train tickets can be bought at the East Railway Station at the same day you reach there. The earliest train from the East Railway Station is at around 08:19. If you can catch this train, you will reach Kowloon at 10:12.

Upon reaching Hung Hom Station, you can take East Rail Line to reach East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and then walk to reach Tsim Sha Tsui Station to take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central Station. There you can take the Island Line to reach Wan Chai. Get out of the station from Exit A3 and then you can walk to reach your hotel.
