what kind of visa do I apply for?

my husband's new job is outside china But i want to stay in PRC with my kids and let them finish the school year. They are eligible for a visa through the school but as the caregiver. I currently have a residency permit under my husbands job in PRC but that will end when he leaves.

I think you can find a job and apply for a Z type to work in PRC. In this way, your kid can stay together with you in the PRC as long as she can.

@James I kinda think you answered her question the other way around… Kids can still have their visa in any circumstances since they're enrolled at school!!! The problem is how can she get the stay permit because of the kids…
I think she can apply for a S1/S2 depending on the reaming days of the academic year in china… less than 180days a S2 and more than 180 days a S1 would solve the problem, I guess!
