May i know where to apply Visa? OSK or CVASC? any supporting document need to attached?

Hi, i am malaysian and plan to go kunming on 30 Nov - 7 Dec 2013 and would like to apply single-entry one.

You need to apply from the CVASC in Kuala Lumpur. Except for your passport, appliation form and photo, you need to provide the invitation letter from Chinese travel agency or relevant unit or individual in China. If you can't provide the invitation letter, you have to provide the hotel booking and round-trip air tickets.
