From the railway station, you can take the local public bus line 24 to reach its terminal at Haigeng Park Station. Upon reaching that station, you can walk to reach the cable car station.0

Thanks - we discovered that the 94 runs from Haigeng Park past the cable car station so you can avoid the walk and the CNY10 charge for the park by paying CNY1 on the bus. If you want to avoid the cost of the cable car, the 94 will take you all the way to the entrance to the Western Hills area.2
