About:China Postal Service

RB665711845CN hasn't been delivered yet. What could be the problem?

I ordered some item in June and have not received them yet. I have been tracking them using the tracking number. It looks like it's stuck somewhere and the status is opening for almost 4 months now. Thanks

It may be lost. I suggest u go to check at your local post office. Maybe it has arrived some time ago. If there is nothing, call 86-11185 to consult more.

Thanks for your response. I really appreciate it.

I went to our local post office here and was told they didn't have any records of this shipment. The seller told me that he had seen it was already shipped based on http://intmail.183.com.cn which I also presented to our postal officer, showing Bahrain was the location. This site, however, shows the same information except the Location is Tianjin.

This is just making me really frustrated and the seller is not that cooperative anymore regardless of the complaints I have raised to the site.

Anyway, I just hope I'll get some positive response from the seller very soon, and have this case straightened out already.
