My multiple entry visa expires on 8 nov.Can I enter china on 23 Oct, less than 30 days permit stay?

Yes, you can enter on 23 Oct. without problem and you can stay full e.g.30 days as issued as the duration of each stay. Because Nov 8 is the last day by which you can enter with it.0
