About:Hong Kong Transportation

I want to go from Shenzhen to HK Int. Airport to pick up a friend. He flies in at 7.30am.

What is the best/easiest/cheapest way to do so?
I was considering staying the night because otherwise it might be too early?

You can go to Shenzhen Bay to take a direct bus to HKIA. It costs 90HKD per person.
