About:China Work Visa

I am British Citizen and have been asked for anon-criminal record for my work Permit application ?

Yes, it is true. This is a new requirement from July 2013. You should provide non-criminal record first for application of the work permit.

Hi Abel,

Any idea where you get this from..do i need to contact the British Embassy ?
Ive been in Asia now 14 years and have no contacts back in the UK..

Hi, you may need to contact the police authorities nearest to where you lived. As I know, British passport holders in China can seek this record via the Association of Chief Police Officers Criminal Records Office (ACRO).
