About:Dezhou Travel

What language do they speak in Dezhou city?

I mean, of course they speak mandarin, but is there a dialect they use in the streets? If I live there I will get fluency at mandarin?

Most of people in the urban area speak standard Mandarin and people in the suburb speak more dialects.
