Which are the best universities to study foreign affairs in China?

I'm already in university, in my second semester of foreign/international affairs in Brazil. I speak mandarin and would like to have a one year or six months exchange course in a chinese university. I ve seen a lot of good ones for engineering and sciences, but not for my course. Are there good options? Is it possible to study one year of my four years course in China? Because the intention is to study subjects in university that will help me give me another ways of thinking when i come back to finish my course andstart working. Thank you!
