Question

I ordered 2 packages from a website that shipped through China on September 17th.  1 Item has already made it to the United States while the other is showing this status:RB738279337CN Delivery to airport Shanghai US Mon, 30 Sep 2013 02:45:00 GMT Should I be concerned that my package may be lost?  I have been checking multiple websites daily and it seems that the package is just stuck.  If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.
