About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

NO ARC -US citizen child(one year old) first time visit: how to issue Chinese visa in Korea

I would like to ask if my child can get one in Korea while we are travelling.
She is One year old and first time applicant. No ARC since she is under 17 years old - is there any way she can get it in Korea?

No, it is impossible as I know. You can contact local travel agencies for the latest requirements. Maybe you can try to apply in Japan instead where valid passport and entry record are enough as temporary visitors.
