About:Shanghai Weather in November

Huang Pu river cruise

I will be Shanghai for 2 nights in November, 18 and 19 November. I believe the weather can be wet and windy then. I am keen to do an evening cruise on the Huang Pu River but as I have to prepy for the tour i am concerned that the weather might spoil this activity.
I am interested in your feeback.

Unless some extreme weather, the Huangpu River cruise will not stop.
According to the previous weather records, the weather is OK for the cruise and the average temperature is around 10 to 15C then. So please do not worry about so much. But in order to make sure, it is suggested to keep attention on the local weather in advance.
