What time should I allow from Tseung Kwan O, HK to Shenzhen airport by MTR

Hi
I am travelling from Tseung Kwan O in HK to SZ airport by MTR. How long will the journey take and how long before my flight do I need to be at the airport please?

From the Tseung Kwan O, it takes about 70 minutes to reach Lo Wu by mtr. Upon reaching Lo Wu, you may need to pass the border to reach Luohu in SZ. From Luohu Railway Station, you can take the bus 330 to reach the airport directly and the bus takes about one and a half hour on the road. Including time you spend in the airport and the time you use to pass the border, it is suggested to leave the Tseung Kwan O four hour befor the flight's departure time.
