About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Hong Kong visa for Congolese ?

Anyone know if African (Congolese) can apply for it in the china embassy here?

How about your status there? of you have proof of legal stay or residence status in Ireland, you can apply there without problem.

No! Not a resident. Just passing through Ireland to visit friends an family and would like to visits friend in HK on my wy back to shanghai where I have residency.

Then, it is impossible, you should apply for it in advance from Chinese embassy in Congo.
