shuttle from hangzhou airport to pinghai road...

Question

my flight will land at HZ at 19:00 hrs. And I need to go to Pinghai road ( Zhonshan Hotel ).Is the shuttle service available at that time and to that destination ?Is it safe for a single woman to travel at that time?
