According to tracking service my items just stays in Chine, tried to leave already five times, My tracking number is RB514648173CN

Hi, anyone has similar experience: my parcel is just laying around in Beijing airport. According to tracking service it says "Departure from China" already five times, but actually nothing is happening.
Do I have fake tracking number or is there something going on with Chinese post, who knows.
My tracking number is RB514648173CN.
