airport transfer from harbin airport to ibis hotel

We are visiting Harbin in late Feb 2014 in a group of 9 persons. Is there any private airport transfer service from the local Airport to IBIS Hotel Harbin? If yes, how much does it cost? If not, what is the bus route/line that we can take?Thank you.

As I know the airport does not provide the private transfer service, so you may need to order from other agency or company for the private transfer service. For the public methods, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 first to reach local railway station and then take a taxi to reach your hotel easily.
