For the hotel, do you refer to the one at 68 Gangbei Road, Airport's North Gate, Baiyun District?
If so, no public transportation can take you to reach your hotel directly.
In my opinion, you can take the local subway line 2 to reach Baiyun Gongyuan (Baiyun Garden) Station and then change to take a taxi to reach your hotel.
