Where is my package, My tracking numbers are RB518815795CN and RB869258975CN

last update was on 17 September.Its coming from China to SA! I don't know where my packages are and its 7 October China Post says 13-30 days delivery . I don't think its right not to know when am I getting my things where is it and how long? Because tracking is not up to date??? Waiting urgent response
