hello, i am an australian living/visiting china on a APEC and want my Philippine girlfriend to vist

I have an apartment in china and a good income. I am on an Australian passport with a APEC visa. what is the best procedure to make it simple for my Philippines girlfriend/fiancé to visit me for a month? this will be here first time out of the country. I will support here and have no issue putting money into her bank account.
any advise is welcome thank you
