Hi,
I have recently quitted my job and venture my own business. (Same trade)

Do you think my fortune and career luck will be good this and next year?

And also, I have employed a girl (30th Oct 1990), will we work together well?

You may have to meet many troubles in the career and meet many competitors. It may be easy for you to meet the traps and crisis in your work. You may need to have a positive attitude, so that you can handle the troubles in your work.
For the girl, you hire, you may work well. Please do not worry about it.

I mean that there might one or several of your colleagues make you trapped. To avoid that, it is best to keep good relationships with all of them in daily work.
