RB870005678CN can anyone tell me why this is still setting in the same place for 8 days

just wanted to know if anyone has any info plz this was bought from price angels

Since Sep. 28, when it was in Wuhan, there is no updating online. If you don't receive it yet. call 86-11185 to ask China Post directly.
