About:China Work Visa

I came to China on a tourist visa as I was told to by the employment agency and my employer.

They now say I should go to Hong Kong to get a work Z. I have been in China teaching for about 2 week now. Is this possible or will I have to leave the country and then apply from the USA ?

Hi, it is possible for you to apply for work Z in Hong Kong. Anyway, it is ok too if you return to apply in USA.
