About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

I want to ask how to spot an available taxi in guangzhou since i saw the taxis-roof light/lamp is not properly used as indicator

There is no shortcut and sometimes, it is really hard to take a taxi in that city.
If the taxi is empty and the taxi driver refuse to take you, you can complain and the complaint number is 96900.
