Li River town

I have been to Li River few years ago and remember there is a town with shops and hostels and eating restaurants. And we catch a river cruise where the famous Liu San Chieh singing at the river boat. We spent a night in that little town and may I know what is the name of the town and how to go there after arriving at the Guilin Airport ( what is the name of the airport and is it only 1 airport )
