About:China Postal Service

I tracked my package RB808768983CN. It says it is here; 32504000. Where is this???

Also, this other package I am tracking: RB780841010CN they said it is here.31203100. And the status is collection. What is the difference between dispatching and collection.

For the 1st package, I don't track the digital code. But there is good news for you that on Oct. 11, it arrived at Malaysia. You will receive it soon.

For RB780841010CN, you have successfully received it on Oct. 10, right?

As for dispatching and collection: "Collection" means the post office received the parcel and "Dispatching" means that the item has ben checked by certain customs to be delivered to the next transfer place.
