I have been diagnosed with "damp heat". What are foods to avoid? What are good foods for me?

You should avoid fried food, and meat as well as food with sweet. Cabbage, wax gourd, Chinese yam and some vegetaobles are good for you. You should have fod with light flavor. This is just for your reference! You'd better consult your doctor for exact infor.

So basically you are suggesting that they should have a low fat/ sugar diet. In reality that is the kind of diet anybody, with any condition or healthy should eat.

No not really. I have several conditions which require i eat foods high in lipids.
