About:Harbin Travel

Weather of Harbin in December

Between 6 to 9th December 2013. What is the temperature like and what would be suitable to protect from the cold weather. For older folks any recommendation to keep warm. Can I buy hotpacks from shops in the city. Is this available.

It will be extremely cold, with the everage temperature of -20C to -17C.

It is cold outside, but it is very warm in the rooms. The down jacket and thick sweaters are necessary.
For the hotpack, I am not very clear and it is suggested to go to the local big shopping malls to have a look.
