hi. can i apply for the visa after 11:00 am?

my flight arrives in kathmandu around 10PM. can i apply for the visa between 2pm-5pm opening hours? i need the visa the next day. is that possible?

Hi, the consular section of the embassy will be open only between 9:45 am and 11: 00 am, Monday to Friday. And as I know, same day service in case of emergency has been suspended.
