About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

Hello, I'm an Afghan diplomat in Afghanistan and would like to apply for the Hong Kong visa.

Can this be done through Chinese Embassy? If not, how do I apply for the HK visa from Afghanistan?

Yes, you can submit your application to Chinese embassy, but it may take time because the application may need to be sent to HK for approval.
