About:Chinese Consulate in Christchurch

Hi, what does it want us to put in section 1.9 of Local ID/Citizenship No. of our visa application?

Where do I find out what mine is? Also in section 2.6 cities we plan to visit, what address should we put if we are unsure of where we are staying at the moment?

Thank you

You can fill in your driver license or social security Card number at the local ID or Citizenship blank. As for the cities to visit, I think you can write down their names. For the detailed addresses, you needn't fill in if you don't know where exactly you will stay.
