About:Power Plugs / Sockets in China

Is my converter and adapter sufficent for china?

the transformer I bought for my china trip has the two round prongs at one end and at the other where you plug in your US device(2 flat prongs) athe converter says input 220/240 VAC,8.3A 50/60Hz and output 110/120VAC,16.7A 50/60Hz 2000 watts I also have an adapter that accepts the European 2 prong and on the other side has the Chinese 3 pronge. Will this be sufficient for US cell phones, hair dryers, I pad to be charged
and accept electricity without burning up device
