About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

do i need to write "Information of inviter in China" if i am visiting one friend in PRC?

If i an visiting one friend and that person if booking hotel for me, do i nees to fill "2.6 Information of inviter in China" and if yes then what do i required to give confirmation of that stay , because if my friend is booking it for me i may not get confirmation mail or any other details.

I don't think so. If you provide round trip air tickets and hotel booking in PRC, you don't need to provide the invitation letter. Then I think you needn't fill that blank because no one invites you.

It should be an email, right? I think your friend can forward it to your email address. Then you can print it out and use it for the application.
