How should I prepare for the weather? What is the average rate for a 3-4 stars hotel? What is the local custom gift for a wedding? And please advise on how to spend a week there...

Are you going to have the trip in early Oct or other period in the month? Anyway, it is getting cold there, with the average temperature of around 13C in the early Oct. and 4C in late Oct. Pack your thermal clothes and pay attention to the weather forecast ahead.

Generally, the 3-4 star hotel cost CNY300-500 or more per night. People give the bride or bridegroom "red packet"（with money in it） as gift for wishes.
