There is direct bus for the journey. I suggest you take shuttle bus Qiaodong Line to Shichengguanwei Station (North China Shopping Mall), whrere transfer to bus no. 34 to get off at Provincial Publishing & Medium Group, which is within walking distance from your destination.

Bus fare for the whole journey is CNY22 per person. Shuttle bus oeprates from 05:00 to 21:00 every half an hour and bus no. 34 is in service from 05:30 to 23:00.
