is sun moon lake near the ali mountain in Taiwan,how to go there from sun moon lake?

No, they are in different counties, a little far away, around 90km between. At Sun Moon Lake Tourists Transport Center, there are direct buses to Ali Mountain, twice a day, leaving at 07:00 and 09:00.
